Orders over £450 free & orders under £450 cost £100 in England & Wales, people in Scotland & Ireland will need to call for delivery prices.

Shipping information

Delivery is typically 3 – 5 working days from receipt of order.

We will confirm an exact date either by email or phone.

All deliveries will be a curbside drop and are at any point (between 8 & 5) throughout the specified day.

If you would like a timed or weekend slot please get in touch for a price.

Unfortunately our courier doesn’t provide an assisted service but we are happy to source an alternative courier if this is needed, cost to be confirmed upon request.

Damaged goods & cancellations

Tiles to be checked carefully upon delivery for signs of damage. If the goods are damaged then a photo must be taken whilst on the pallet prior to unloading.

Call or email us to report damage within 24 hours of receiving your pallet.
