Usually square, unlike the rectangular metro tiles, glazed tiles offer a softer aesthetic because of the added texture and reflections. As a result, they can be the perfect alternative to metro tiles.

In addition, you can consider the tiling layout you use to apply these glazed tiles. Brick-bond, diagonal tiling or grid layout can all be effective for different purposes.

Mosaic tiles

When you think of mosaic tiling, you probably think of elaborate Greek and Roman creations, or even Victorian tiling.
